Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

Account data: email address, password (stored securely), date of birth (for age verification), sign-in history, and profile details if you sign in with Google.

AI tool usage: text prompts, uploaded images (such as body photos, sketches, or reference images), generated outputs, and related job metadata needed to run and recover generations.

Voice data (Speak & Create): audio you choose to record for speech-to-text and prompt creation.

Style Trainer: style reference images you upload for custom model training.

Find My Tattoo Artist: postcode, GPS location (if you allow it), artist profile details, and messages between clients and artists (name, email, phone if provided, and message content).

Payments: subscription status, plan type, credit balances, and Stripe customer identifiers. We do not store full card numbers.

Technical data: cookies, session tokens, and basic logs used for security, login, and service reliability.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal data to:

create and manage your account; run AI generation and editing tools; deliver, store, and recover your designs; process payments and credits; send service emails (such as receipts, password resets, and message alerts); operate Find My Tattoo Artist messaging; improve reliability and security; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your generated designs for advertising or unrelated marketing.

4. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

To provide AI features, prompts, images, and voice input may be sent to trusted service providers that process data on our behalf, including cloud GPU workers (for example Modal-hosted ComfyUI workflows), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (such as SendGrid), authentication (Google sign-in), and cloud storage for uploaded or generated files.

These providers process data only to deliver the service. Some processing may occur outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards where required.

AI tools use third-party and open-source base models (for example image and speech models). Model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. User-Generated Content & Ownership

You keep ownership of designs you create. We store your uploads and outputs only as needed to provide the service (for example recent history, My Designs, print handoff, and account recovery). Download anything you want to keep permanently.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login, security, and billing. With your consent, we may also use optional analytics and marketing cookies. You can accept, reject, or change cookie choices at any time using the cookie banner or Cookie Preferences on the site.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to run the service, maintain your account, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where reasonable.

8. Your Rights (UK)

If you are in the UK, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data rights were violated.
