By accessing the Tattoo Generator, purchasing credits or subscriptions, or otherwise using this platform, you explicitly confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

This requirement is strictly enforced in compliance with UK tattoo laws and international safety standards. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

2. AI Usage & Artistic Scope

The Dream To Ink generator is intended to provide artistic concepts and creative inspiration only. While our AI produces high-fidelity designs, please be aware of the following:

• AI designs are NOT medical or professional tattoo stencils.
• Anatomical placement and "wrap" on the skin must be verified by a professional artist.
• Digital colors and fine-line details may translate differently to skin depending on ink and healing.

Generated images are temporarily stored to provide access to recent generations. To keep the service fast and lightweight, we retain a limited number of recent images for a limited time. Users are responsible for downloading and saving any designs they wish to keep.

3. User Ownership of Generated Designs

Users retain full ownership of the tattoo designs they generate using the platform and may use them for personal and commercial purposes. Dream To Ink does not claim ownership over user-generated outputs.

4. Tutorials & Educational Content

Video tutorials and other educational content made available on this website are owned by Dream To Ink unless otherwise stated. They may reference third-party tools, models, or workflows; ownership of those materials remains with their respective authors or licensors.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

You agree to use Dream To Ink only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Generating or attempting to generate content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or harassing.
• Uploading or generating content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Using the platform to create content involving non-consensual acts, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any form of exploitation.
• Attempting to bypass age verification, content filters, or security measures.

We reserve the right to investigate violations and suspend or terminate access without notice. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Paid subscriptions (such as Pro plans) renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account billing area; cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Generation credits, subscriptions, and related purchases are non-refundable once accessed or used, except where required by law. This policy applies to all premium tiers and credit top-ups.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dream To Ink provides a creative toolset. We are not responsible or liable for any physical tattoos received, skin reactions, or actions taken after using our designs.

The choice to get a tattoo and the selection of a professional tattoo artist is the sole responsibility of the user. We recommend thorough consultation with a licensed professional before any procedure.

8. Governing Law

These terms and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Service Availability & Changes

We aim to keep Dream To Ink available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis. Features, pricing, and AI models may change over time as we improve the platform.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms.

10. AI Model Disclaimer

This service utilizes third-party, open-source, and/or publicly available artificial intelligence models as base models for image generation. These base models are not owned by us.

We provide access to image generation through our own software systems, workflows, configurations, and custom style components. Any custom styles or fine-tuned components used within this service are independently developed and integrated for use with the underlying base models.

All model names, technologies, and related trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of any third-party base models used by this service.
